It's true...the hints of summer have begun to appear here in Colorado. We have had gorgeous warm and sunny days. Unfortunately, the truth about springtime in Denver is that usually the hints of summer are just that. Which means that there are hints of winter still lingering, including snow showers after 80 degree days.
Along with the hints of summer, we have been working on the transfer open houses and still have two left to go. So, if you are a student thinking about transferring, this information is for you! The next two open houses are: May 15th from 1:00-4:00 and June 13th from 1:00- 4:00 as well. For more details you can visit our website.

S.A.L.T.: Snowriders As Living Testimonies creates opportunities to reach the skiers and snowboarders of Summit County, Colorado by serving free hot chocolate in resort parking lots, interacting on the chairlifts, and assisting with winter youth retreats.
Fatboys: FatBoys weekly serves the homeless in downtown Denver through building relationships and providing practical items such as food and clothing.
Snappers: Students working with Snappers visit elderly in nursing homes. They play games, read the Bible, and keep those who may not have many visitors company for an evening.
FIRE: FIRE helps prepare and serve meals at a homeless shelter on Friday mornings.
